Founded by Brian Townsend, a retired Special Agent from the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Only 2mg is guided by a Board of Directors exclusively composed of retired DEA special agents. With decades of firsthand experience combatting drug trafficking and other public safety challenges, our leadership brings unparalleled insights and expertise to addressing illicit fentanyl and broader community safety issues. More than just drug enforcement, we are committed to education, prevention, and collaboration – empowering individuals, organizations, and communities with the knowledge and resources needed to prevent harm, protect lives, and create lasting change.
I founded Only2mg, a nonprofit and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3), to address substance abuse – and specifically fentanyl, which has fundamentally transformed our communities.
